Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for residency at Coy D. Estes, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Age Requirement – Applicants must be 62 years or older at the time of application.
Income Limits – We offer a mix of income-based and market-rate apartments, with 85% of our units designated for low- and very low-income seniors. Income eligibility is determined based on federal guidelines.
Independent Living – Residents must be capable of independent living, as our community does not provide assisted living or medical care services.
Join Our Waiting List
Due to high demand, Coy D. Estes Senior Housing operates on a waiting list system.
Submit an Application – Complete either an online or mail-in application
Processing & Confirmation – Once reviewed, eligible applicants will receive a confirmation that they’ve been added to the waiting list.
Notification of Availability – When a unit becomes available, we will contact applicants in order of their placement on the list.
